Bucovina Club Soundsystem is the live project of German DJ and producer Shantel, blending Balkan rhythms, klezmer, electronic beats and dance music. It grew out of Shantel's Bucovina Club concept, which he developed in Frankfurt as a celebration of Central and Eastern European musical traditions. Live performances combine acoustic instruments with electronic production.
