Pinchas Zukerman is an Israeli-Canadian violinist and violist born in 1948 in Tel Aviv. He studied under Ivan Galamian at the Juilliard School and established himself as one of the foremost soloists of his generation. Alongside his solo career, he is active in chamber music and conducting.
