Tonkünstler - Tchaikovsky/Smetana/Janáček

The Tonkünstler orchestra performs at Festspielhaus St. Pölten on Monday, 8 March 2027 at 19:30 with a programme of works by Tchaikovsky, Smetana, and Janáček. This is one of five Austrian dates on the orchestra's tour. Festspielhaus St. Pölten, located in the cultural heart of Lower Austria, is the region's leading venue for performing arts. Opened in 1997 to a design by Klaus Kada, the hall hosts opera, ballet, contemporary dance, and theatre. The concert brings together Romantic Russian compositions with Czech masters, presenting a programme rooted in the rich tradition of European classical music.
