The grand dame Miss Daisy and her bumbling chauffeur Sir Malheur are heading straight for disaster. On the way to an evening gala, they crash - and the mood inside the car turns frosty. While waiting for roadside assistance, the pair fill the time with good cheer, gossip over coffee, family secrets and a surprise blind date.
