SWR1 Pop & Poesie - Viva la Vida

The success story of "SWR1 Pop & Poesie in Concert" began in 2009. Since then, this blend of concert, poetry reading, comedy and show has regularly sold out venues.

Nine musicians, singers and actors take audiences into the fascinating world of pop music and poetry. At the heart of the show is a concert in which musicians perform selected songs in entirely individual arrangements. German translations are woven harmoniously into the staging by actors and impressively presented on stage.

"Viva la Vida" is not just a Coldplay hit - it's a way of life. In this new season, SWR1 Pop & Poesie celebrates life in all its diversity.
