Tabaluga sets out on his journey with the help of a magician. He faces many dangers, such as the spider woman Tarantula, but also discovers beautiful things. He learns that the world, with all its good and evil, is worth saving. But Arktos does not give up. He creates a beautiful being from pure ice - the girl Lilli, whose only task is to distract Tabaluga from his search for the True Fire.

Tabaluga falls in love with Lilli, as Arktos planned, but in doing so discovers a great and beautiful power - Love.
