It's time again! Following an exceptionally successful tour launch last year, Oesch's die Dritten, long-established superstars of Swiss folk music, return to Germany. They present their greatest hits and, of course, songs from their current album "Handmade". Oesch's die Dritten stand for one thing above all: folk music is music of the heart!

One of the secrets of this family from Switzerland's Bernese Oberland is their multi-generational line-up: siblings Melanie, Mike and Kevin Oesch perform alongside their parents Hansueli and Annemarie Oesch, making folk music look like the most natural thing in the world. They are joined by accordionist Urs Meier.

The family tradition began with Hans Oesch's "Trio Oesch". His son Hansueli continued it with his wife Annemarie and their three children. And because they were already making music in the third generation, they named themselves Oesch's die Dritten.

Their success story began in the 1990s. Their breakthrough came in 2007 when they won the young talent competition Musikantenstadl. Their album from that year, "Jodel-Zauber", spent months in the Swiss charts and achieved double platinum status. Since then, the 27-year success story of Oesch's has been unstoppable: over 2,000 concerts and performances in 15 countries, a total of 16 released albums, of which 7 have gone gold, 2 platinum, and one even double platinum. Not to mention their four PRIX WALO awards.

Melanie Oesch, regarded as the world's best yodeller, captivates audiences with her unique yodelling technique and commanding stage presence as the band's lead vocalist. Her talent has even impressed Helene Fischer, who invited her to reinterpret their biggest hit "Atemlos" together on her TV show.
