"Thank You for the Music" has an extraordinary backstory: Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus wrote it in 1977 for the mini-musical "The Girl with the Golden Hair", performed during the world tour that same year. Originally conceived as a tongue-in-cheek musical number, the song was part of a short stage story about the rise and self-doubt of a young singer. With its sweeping melody, lush arrangements and Agnetha Fältskog's expressive voice, it became a cornerstone of the band's artistic legacy.

In 2027, ABBAMANIA THE SHOW once again invites audiences to sing along, dance and share in the magic of ABBA.
