"The Golden Unicorn" is a puppet theatre production in 2 acts with a performance duration of approximately 45 minutes.

In a distant land, an enchanting princess lives in a peaceful world in harmony with all the animals. The rare and shy unicorn is also a friend of the princess. Full of trust, it appears whenever it hears her singing.

Unfortunately, the cunning troll from the Rocky Mountains has overheard everything and returns to his barren world, mimicking the unicorn's call. Will he manage, with the help of his servant, the dwarf Hugi, to lure and capture the unicorn?

But the adventurous Kasper and his dog Bello will surely manage to secretly follow the troll together with the children. And if the unicorn gets into trouble, they will all certainly help...

Puppeteer David Minuth takes the audience on a fantastical journey through magical worlds, which through enchanting puppets and skillful staging inspire not only children to dream.

Dr. Johannes, Karin and David Minuth are renowned for their fairy-tale puppet shows far beyond the borders of Freiburg. They write their own texts and design and create the magical puppets themselves.
