Bandleader, fiery singer and trumpeter Angela Strandberg grew up in Stockholm and Paris, where her mother is a well-known jazz musician. She founded the band in Paris, building a repertoire that ranges from danceable jazz and blues numbers of the 1920s and 30s to wild and beautiful songs drawn from jazz, bluegrass swing and blues.
