Things are heating up at the nursing home again! Sybille Bullatschek is on tour with her programme "I Can Do This, I'm a Care Worker!". This time, plenty of drama awaits us at Sunset House.

The golden bedpan is at stake. The award the home has won eight times in a row is about to be revoked. Asbestos has been found in the floor of the "North Coregi" ward. The only solution: the floor must be replaced and the residents temporarily relocated to other rooms. But the new room distribution doesn't sit well with everyone. Mrs. Baumann and Mrs. Häfele wage a bitter battle over every detail.

This isn't the only challenge Sybille must overcome. True to her motto "I Can Do This, I'm a Care Worker!", she escorts her 94-year-old charge Mr. Kämmerer through the McDonald's drive-in against the will of other drivers, elbows her arch-rival Sandra Seifert away from the bridal bouquet toss, and gets into a row with police during a traffic stop.

Sports make an appearance at Sunset House too. Due to high staff illness, home director Rüdiger Otterle has ordered gymnastics. A free trial membership at the "Fit or Die" fitness studio turns out to be a flop, so Sybille takes matters into her own hands. Before the audience, she practices "care worker splits", the "double bed lift", and the "teeth searcher". Whether it all ends up looking as graceful as intended remains to be seen.
