The Brave Little Tailor - Interactive Theatre from Age 3

One morning, the brave little tailor kills seven flies in a single blow. Proud of his great deed, he sets off into the world to proclaim his "heroic feat" - but along the way he must face all manner of adventures, and in the end he wins the hand of a beautiful princess.

Mitspieltheater is a special form of theatre in which an experienced actress tells a fairy tale while slipping into the various characters and roles of the story. Children get an up-close look at the art of acting - watching the performer switch roles right before their eyes on stage. They don't just listen to the story with bated breath; they actively take part. Children can call out their thoughts and ideas to the actress on stage, and she weaves these impulses spontaneously into the narrative.

At many points in the show, children can even come up on stage and perform themselves! The result is a lively, interactive play between the storyteller and the audience.
