"No Corpse Without Lily" - Crime Comedy by Jack Popplewell

"Lily's corpses are the best" - that's what the press wrote about this gripping and entertaining crime comedy by the successful British writer and playwright Jack Popplewell.

The theatre ensemble Kunstforum will stage this play - already performed in many languages and even in dialect versions - in a modern production directed by Tanja Garlt.

What's it about? Lily Pieper, a slightly eccentric but equally lovable and curious older lady, works as a cleaner in an office building. Two bodies found in the office cause quite a stir. Eventually Lily herself is attacked, and the culprit steals the evidence she had secured. How did he know about it, and how did he get into the building unnoticed? Inspector Harry Baxter and Constable Goddard try to shed light on the matter, but Lily has entirely different ideas...
