With the new production "The Whisper of Stones," CORNAMUSA takes audiences on a moving journey through the history and traditions of Scotland and Ireland. A mysterious Celtic stone, carrying the voices of past generations, leads into a time when people preserved their music, dances, and cultural identity despite all obstacles.

A seven-piece live band and a highly acclaimed dance ensemble bring this story to life. The musicians accompany the narrative not only with their instruments but also embody various roles themselves, becoming part of the story alongside the dancers. International top artists deliver outstanding dance performances. The ensemble is led by three-time European champion Gyula Glaser, who has worked on international stages for many years, including off-Broadway in New York. Alongside him is Nicole Ohnesorge, a multi-awarded solo dancer in various stage productions worldwide, who achieved an impressive 3rd place at the World Championships. Together, both represent Irish dance at the highest level and have captivated CORNAMUSA audiences for many years.
