Bradley Cooper (born January 5, 1975, Philadelphia) is an American actor, filmmaker, and singer who broke through with The Hangover (2009) and went on to earn twelve Academy Award nominations across acting, writing, and producing. His 2018 directorial debut A Star Is Born - in which he also sang and played guitar live on set - became a global phenomenon, and his 2023 biopic Maestro added three more Oscar nods. Films bearing his name have grossed over $13 billion worldwide.
