John Lasseter is an American animator and film director who co-founded Pixar Animation Studios and served as its chief creative officer. He directed the first two Toy Story films and A Bug's Life, helping establish computer animation as a mainstream cinematic form. He later became chief creative officer of Walt Disney Animation Studios as well.
