O.N.E. is a Polish acoustic jazz quartet operating on a democratic, leaderless principle. The group blends lyricism and songfulness with raw jazz energy. It has released two albums on Audio Cave — One (2020) and Entoloma (2022). The debut was nominated for the Fryderyk award and won the Jazz Oscar at the Grand Prix Jazz Melomani Gala in the Hope of Jazz category.
