Voodoo Jürgens is the stage name of David Öllerer (born 1983 in Tulln an der Donau), an Austrian singer-songwriter, actor and painter who sings in broad Viennese dialect. His 2016 debut album 'Ansa Woar' entered the Austrian charts at number one and earned him the Amadeus Austrian Music Award; since then he has become one of the most distinctive voices in German-language indie folk. In 2024 he won the Austrian Film Award for Best Actor for his lead role in Adrian Goiginger's film 'Rickerl - Musik is höchstens a Hobby'.
