Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman (born September 1, 1996, Oakland, California) is an American actress, singer, and producer who broke through on Disney Channel before redefining herself as one of Hollywood's most acclaimed dramatic performers. Her role as Rue Bennett in HBO's Euphoria earned her two Primetime Emmy Awards - making her the youngest two-time winner in Emmy history and the first Black woman to win that category twice. Her films as lead have grossed over $3.9 billion worldwide, and Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2022.
