Kammerakademie Potsdam

Kammerakademie Potsdam performs at Kloster Chorin on Saturday, 1 August 2026 at 15:00 with the concert "Barocker Trompetenzauber". Trumpeter Matthias Höfs is the soloist, presenting works of the Baroque and Romantic periods by Bach, Sibelius, and other masters. This is one of three German dates for the ensemble in 2026 and 2027. Kloster Chorin is a Gothic brick ruin of a Cistercian monastery in the Brandenburg forests, founded in the 13th century. The open nave and preserved façades create an unusual outdoor performance space, long home to the Choriner festival. Admission is 17.50 €.
