Na Boku

Helena (Ilona Janyst/Karolina Chapko) is a pulp-romance author who decides to test how her literary fantasies work in real life. Together with Gracjan (Stefan Pawłowski/Marcin Korcz), a handsome but unfulfilled actor, they decide to write a new chapter of "a ballad of infidelity" - and do everything to keep it hidden.

The scheme quickly spirals out of control: an imperfect radio host with a "Housewife of the Month" award appears (Andrzej Andrzejewski/Tomasz Dutkiewicz), a nosy neighbour and former wife of the current husband (Daria Widawska), a mad plumber (Rafał Szałajko/Bogdan Kalus), and overseeing it all is a visionary director (Mariusz Zaniewski/Piotr Miazga). The action unfolds in Konstancin, a suburb near Warsaw, where the doorbell never stops ringing and every opening threatens domestic chaos.

"Na Boku" directed by Tomasz Dutkiewicz is a farce where even the dog finds it loud.
