Falco, born Johann Hölzel, was an Austrian singer and songwriter known for blending pop, rock and electronics with rapped vocals. He achieved worldwide fame with hits such as „Rock Me Amadeus" and „Vienna Calling". He died in 1998 and remains an icon of Austrian popular music.
