Garbage is a Scottish-American rock band founded in 1993 by producer Butch Vig. The group blends alternative rock, electronics and pop, fronted by charismatic vocalist Shirley Manson. Their best-known albums include the debut Garbage (1995) and Version 2.0 (1998).
