Marcus Miller is an American bassist, composer, and producer, widely regarded as one of the most versatile musicians in jazz and funk. He collaborated closely with Miles Davis, co-producing and playing on albums such as Tutu (1986). His distinctive slap bass style and broad musical range have made him a prominent figure in contemporary jazz.
