Description was written before the event

In SYNKOPE, the closing part of the tetralogy KOLLAPSOLOGIE, the audience itself becomes protagonist and performer. Conversations with strangers give rise to a collective composition built from language, encounter, and reflection on society - these exchanges are condensed into a polyphonic sound structure that makes audible what so often stays hidden in dialogue.

The event takes place as part of Musiktheatertage 2026 at WUK.

About the venue: WUK

WUK (Werkstätten- und Kulturhaus) is a large independent cultural and social centre in Vienna, housed in a former locomotive factory built in the 19th century.
