The Lion King Live in Concert

The Lion King Live in Concert featuring Elton John takes place on Friday 20 November 2026 in Katowice at Katowice Miasto Ogrodów, a cultural institution housed in a late-modernist building from 1979 on plac Sejmu Śląskiego. This is the third of six Polish tour dates, following concerts in Gdańsk (19 November) and preceding the Bielsko-Biała performance (21 November). The evening presents a magical journey through the music of Elton John and Hans Zimmer, enriched with sand-painted visualisations and artistic direction by conductor Stephen Ellery. Distinguished artists will support the performance at this Katowice leg of the tour.
