About the venue: Salzburger Marionettentheater

The Salzburger Marionettentheater is one of the world's most celebrated marionette theatres, founded in 1913 by Anton Aicher. Located in the heart of Salzburg's Old Town, it stages elaborate puppet productions of operas, ballets, and fairy tales — most famously Mozart's works — with intricately crafted marionettes and live musical recordings.
