About: Concerto Stella Matutina

Concerto Stella Matutina is an Austrian chamber orchestra based in Vorarlberg, specialising in historically informed performance on period instruments. The ensemble regularly collaborates with conductors and vocal groups in performances of Baroque and Classical repertoire.

About the venue: Innsbruck Canisianum

The Canisianum in Innsbruck is a Jesuit pontifical college founded in 1562, one of the oldest Catholic seminaries in the German-speaking world. It trains Catholic priests from across Europe and beyond, and its historic building regularly hosts theological conferences, lectures, and cultural events. The chapel and ceremonial rooms lend the venue a distinctive character rooted in centuries of academic and religious life.
