The Jugendstiltheater in Klagenfurt is a historic theatre built in the Art Nouveau style at the turn of the 20th century, located within the grounds of the former state psychiatric hospital. Long used as a venue for cultural events, it has been carefully restored and today hosts theatre performances, concerts and literary readings. Its ornate interior - with painted ceilings and period detailing - makes it one of the most architecturally striking stages in Carinthia.
