The Raimund Theater is a historic musical theater in Vienna, opened in 1893 and named after the Austrian playwright Ferdinand Raimund. With a seating capacity of around 1,000, it is one of the leading musical stages in the German-speaking world and is operated by VBW (Vereinigte Bühnen Wien). It regularly hosts large-scale musical productions.
