About

3BallMTY is a Mexican DJ collective from Monterrey, Nuevo León, formed in 2009 by Erick Rincón, Sergio Zavala (Sheeqo Beat), and Alberto Presenda (DJ Otto). The trio pioneered tribal guarachero - a high-energy fusion of electronic dance music, cumbia, norteño, and pre-Hispanic percussion - and broke through globally with the 2011 Billboard chart-topper "Inténtalo". They won the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist in 2012 and went on to collaborate with artists including Becky G, Paulina Rubio, and Deorro.
