About
A Life Divided is a German electro-rock band from Geretsried (Bavaria), formed in 2003 and signed to AFM Records. Fronted by vocalist Jürgen Plangger, the quartet blends dark synth textures with guitar-driven rock - a sound that earned them the informal tag of 'the German Linkin Park'. Radio hits like 'Feel', 'Space' and 'Heart on Fire' brought them national airplay and sold-out club tours alongside acts such as Apocalyptica, Eisbrecher and Unheilig. In autumn 2026 they released their sixth studio album 'The Closing', followed by a farewell tour in January 2027.
