About

aespa is a South Korean girl group formed by SM Entertainment in 2020, consisting of Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning. They debuted with "Black Mamba" - which broke the record for the most-viewed K-pop debut music video in its first 24 hours - and built their identity around a metaverse concept pairing each member with a virtual AI avatar called an "æ.". Their debut studio album Armageddon (2024) topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in 25 regions, and their second album Lemonade followed in May 2026.
