About
Anna von Hausswolff (born 1986 in Gothenburg) is a Swedish singer, composer and organist whose music moves between dark ambient, post-rock and neoclassical darkwave. She built her reputation on albums like Ceremony (2013) and Dead Magic (2018), recorded on a historic church organ in Copenhagen, and has since become one of the most distinctive voices in European experimental music. Her sixth album, Iconoclasts (2025), marks a new chapter - broader in scope and featuring guests including Iggy Pop and Ethel Cain.
