Bebetta (born Anika Schnabel in Bremen) is a Berlin-based German DJ and producer who has been active in the electronic music scene since 2008. Her sound sits at the intersection of melodic house and tech-house, with a strong emphasis on groove, melody and emotional depth. She releases music on her own label Eating People - where each vinyl comes with a handcrafted Bommel artwork - as well as on Monaberry and other European imprints. Beyond the decks, she hosts the monthly stream series 'Bebetta in Bed' and presents the radio show 'Push mit Bebetta' on Bremen Next.
Bebetta released episode 66 of her 'Bebetta in Bed' livestream series in February 2025, continuing her monthly format.
Bebetta released the 'Uppercut' EP on Monaberry in September 2024.
Bebetta appeared as one of the protagonists in the ARD documentary series 'Call me DJ!', which spotlights female DJs in a male-dominated industry.
Bebetta and HRRSN released 'Lonely Planet Boy' on her own label Eating People.
