Billy Raffoul is a Canadian rock singer-songwriter from Leamington, Ontario, whose gravelly, soulful voice draws comparisons to Jeff Buckley and Joe Cocker. He broke through with the 2017 single "Driver", signed to Interscope Records, and later contributed vocals to Avicii's "You Be Love". In 2021 he won the SOCAN Songwriting Prize for "Western Skies", and by 2025 he had released two full-length albums in a single year - the self-titled *Billy Raffoul* and the rock-leaning *When I Cross the River* - accumulating over half a billion streams across his catalogue.
Raffoul returned to South Africa for a tour including his debut at the Splashy Fen festival, with the Pretoria and Cape Town shows selling out in advance.
Raffoul released the single "Hold It Against Me" via Nettwerk Music Group.
His second 2025 album, *When I Cross the River*, a rock-leaning record, was released on August 15 via Nettwerk.
Raffoul released his self-titled album *Billy Raffoul* on July 18, 2025, via Nettwerk Music Group.
Raffoul announced a US and Canada fall 2025 headline tour, kicking off October 5 in Chicago and closing November 19 in Toronto.
