A tribute concert to Bob Dylan in the historic Church of St. Martha. The music of a legendary artist in a unique atmosphere.
Bob Dylan (born Robert Allen Zimmerman, May 24, 1941, in Duluth, Minnesota) is an American singer-songwriter whose six-decade career reshaped popular music and literature alike. He rose to prominence in the early 1960s as a folk and protest songwriter, then famously pivoted to electric rock - a move that divided audiences but cemented his status as a restless innovator. In 2016 he became the first musician to receive the Nobel Prize in Literature, awarded for creating "new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition." With an estimated 125 million records sold, he ranks among the best-selling artists in history.
Dylan released The Bootleg Series Vol. 18: Through the Open Window 1956-1963 on October 31, 2025 - an 8-CD archival box set covering his earliest recordings, from a 1956 Minnesota music shop to the complete 1963 Carnegie Hall concert; it received a Metacritic score of 96.
