Bonaparte - 20 Jahre Bonaparte - Tour
German band Bonaparte celebrates 20 years of existence with a concert tour. Performance in Hamburg.
Bonaparte is the Berlin-based project of Swiss songwriter and producer Tobias Jundt, who founded it in 2006 after a road trip through Barcelona. Jundt is the sole permanent member, assembling a rotating cast of musicians and performers for each tour - a setup that turns every show into a theatrical spectacle of animal costumes, performance art and electro-punk energy. Across six studio albums and over 700 concerts worldwide, the band built a cult following that the Süddeutsche Zeitung captured by calling Jundt 'the first genuine Berlin pop star since Peaches'.
Bonaparte announced the '20 Years of Riot' anniversary tour for autumn/winter 2026, comprising eleven shows across Germany and Switzerland.
Bonaparte released the 'Van Gogh' EP in 2025, featuring tracks including 'F.A.T', 'I Know', 'B-Loom.°', 'Gogh', 'Shirakami' and '212'.
Bonaparte returned from a five-year hiatus with the sold-out 'QUIET & The RIOT' tour, performing in both classical concert halls and rock clubs.
Bonaparte headlined the closing concert of Hamburg's Kampnagel Sommerfestival 2024.
