Boris Brejcha is a German DJ and producer born in 1981 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, widely credited with coining and defining the "High-Tech Minimal" genre - a fusion of driving techno, minimal precision and intricate melodic layers. He performs behind a Venetian joker mask, a trademark he adopted after his debut at the Universo Paralello festival in Brazil in 2006, and releases music on his own label FCKNG SERIOUS, which he co-founded in 2015 with Ann Clue and Deniz Bul. With headline slots at Tomorrowland, Coachella and Red Rocks, and over 160 million online views of his Cercle and festival sets, he ranks among the most-streamed techno artists in the world.
