Break Free is a European Queen tribute band formed in Italy in 2015, built around conservatory-trained musicians led by vocalist and pianist Giuseppe Malinconico. The band takes its name from Queen's single "I Want to Break Free" and has performed at major venues across Europe, including the Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona, the Altice Arena in Lisbon and the Münchner Residenz in Munich. Their flagship production "Long Live the Queen" pairs Queen's rock repertoire with a live classical ensemble and has sold out theaters across the continent.
