Catch Your Breath is an American post-hardcore and metalcore band from Austin, Texas, formed in 2017. The four-piece - vocalist Josh Mowery, guitarist Teddy Herrera, bassist Cianan Madigan, and drummer Onell Hernandez - blends heavy riffs and double-kick grooves with cinematic synths and melodic, high-register vocals. Their 2022 single 'Dial Tone' became a viral breakthrough, reaching #7 on the Billboard Hot Hard Rock chart and earning RIAA Gold certification, while their 2023 debut album Shame On Me established them as a rising force in modern metalcore.
