CECA, born Svetlana Ražnatović, is a Serbian pop and folk-pop singer who rose to fame in the 1990s as one of the defining voices of turbo-folk. She has released dozens of hits over a career spanning more than three decades and remains hugely popular across the Balkans and among diaspora audiences throughout Europe.
