Chelsea Wolfe (born 1983, Roseville, California) is an American singer-songwriter whose music moves across doom metal, gothic rock, dark folk, and electronic textures. Over eight studio albums - from the bedroom-recorded The Grime and the Glow (2010) to the trip-hop-inflected She Reaches Out to She Reaches Out to She (2024) - she has built a devoted following in underground and alternative circles worldwide. Beyond her solo work, she has collaborated with Converge on Bloodmoon: I (2021) and contributed vocals to records by Russian Circles, Deafheaven, and Myrkur. Her live shows are known for shifting between fragile acoustic passages and crushing walls of sound.
