About

Clarion is an East Los Angeles trio - Saya Oliva (bass/vocals), Anthony Sanchez (guitar), and Javier Flores (drums) - who emerged from the local DIY scene in 2023 and quickly built a following at the crossroads of shoegaze, noise-rock, post-punk, and Japanese indie rock. Their debut self-titled EP, recorded in a three-day sprint and released in 2024, produced the viral single "Hello Juliet", which racked up over 20 million streams and turned the band from a basement act into a rising name in the alt-rock revival. After signing to Broke Records in 2025, they followed up with the EP Blue Fairy (March 2026), cementing their reputation for abrasive, emotionally raw songwriting that refuses to be polished.
