About

Crucchi Gang is a Berlin-based collective founded in 2020 by Francesco Wilking (Die Höchste Eisenbahn), Sven Regener (Element of Crime) and music manager Charlotte Goltermann. The concept is deceptively simple: German-speaking artists translate and re-record their own songs in Italian, wrapping them in a warm Italo-pop sound. The name reclaims a mildly pejorative Italian slang word for Germans, turning it into a badge of affectionate cultural bridge-building. Three albums in, the project has grown into one of the most distinctive crossover acts in the German indie scene.
