About

Cygnosic is a Greek dark electro and EBM project founded in Athens in 2006 by musician and programmer Georgios Psaroudakis, who writes, performs and produces everything himself. The project debuted with A Deity In Pain (2009) on Metropolis Records and has since released a string of albums on labels including DWA and Black Rain, building a loyal following across the European underground scene. Cygnosic is known for melodic dark electro layered with aggressive, death-metal-inflected vocals, and has been remixed by other artists over 90 times - a measure of its influence within the genre. The project has performed at major dark electro festivals including Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig, Summer Darkness in Utrecht and Resistanz in Sheffield.
