Czesław Michniewicz (born 12 February 1970) is a Polish football manager who served as head coach of the Polish national team in 2022, guiding the squad through the World Cup play-offs - including a 2-0 win over Sweden - and into the round of 16 at the Qatar World Cup. A two-time Polish champion, he won the Ekstraklasa title with Zagłębie Lubin in 2006-07 and with Legia Warsaw in 2020-21, also leading Legia into the UEFA Europa League group stage.
