Danger Dan (Daniel Pongratz, born 1983 in Aachen) is a German rapper, pianist and songwriter, best known as a member of the hip-hop collective Antilopen Gang. His 2021 solo album "Das ist alles von der Kunstfreiheit gedeckt" - a piano-driven record tackling far-right figures and the limits of artistic freedom - reached #1 on the German charts and earned Gold certification. He has won multiple awards including the 2023 Deutscher Kleinkunstpreis, and is widely regarded as one of the sharpest political voices in German-language music.
