Demented Are Go are a Welsh psychobilly band formed around 1982 in Penarth, near Cardiff, built around the charismatic frontman Mark "Sparky" Phillips. Their 1986 debut In Sickness & In Health is credited with sparking the second wave of psychobilly across Europe, and over four decades they have released eight studio albums that fuse rockabilly twang with punk aggression and horror-tinged black humour. They remain one of the most active and widely toured acts in the genre, playing festivals and clubs across Europe every year.

Demented Are Go launched a European tour in December 2025, with dates in Italy (Torino, Bologna, Roma, Verona, Milano) before continuing into Germany and beyond in early 2026.

The album Welcome Back to Insanity Hall was released in 2012, featuring Phillips on vocals alongside a new European lineup.
