Yekaterina Shulman is a Russian political scientist and commentator who focuses on the Russian political system, legislation and state institutions. She taught at the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences and co-hosts the media project "Status" with journalist Maxim Kurnikov. Since 2022 she has lived in exile and regularly comments on Russian politics for international outlets.
